Feb. 16, 1916 - Dec. 28, 2005 

Recitation of the Rosary will be held at Delano Mortuary, 707 Browning Rd., 
Delano, Thursday, January 5th, 6:00 p.m. Mass will be Friday, January 6th, at 
St. Judes, in Earlimart, at 10:00 a.m., for Jovita A. Medina, 89, of 
Earlimart. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Medina; her sisters, 
Mercy Diaz, Encarnacion Bejil and Victar Soto and her brother, Juan 
Armendarez. She is survived by her brother and sister, Luis Armendarez and 
Catalina Acala; daughters, Irene Anama, Sandy Bye, Julie Cervantes and son, 
Marcos Medina; granddaughters, Debbie, Melissa, Iris, Monica, Veronika and 
Bianca; grandsons, Charles, Jacob, Michael and Nick as well as 10 great-
grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Charles Hernandez, Jr., Jacob Medina, 
Michael Hernandez, Nick Bye, Roman Enriquez and Ralph Berrones.
