Luis Milla 
Feb. 12, 1924 - Dec. 21, 2005 

Luis Milla (81) passed away December 21, 2005 at Los Alamitos Medical Center 
in Seal Beach, CA. Funeral services will be held on Thursday December 29, 
2005, at 10:00am, at Padre Serra Parish, 5205 Upland Road, Camarillo, CA 
93012, (805) 482-6417. Luis was born in Calexico, Mexico on February 12th, 
1924. He married Dolores Martinez in 1950 and they moved to Bakersfield in 
1957 where they lived for forty years raising six children. Luis is survived 
by his children: Ron; Marie; Olga Shrewsbury and her husband, Patrick; Sandy 
Castillo and her husband, Ramiro; David; and Daniel and his wife, Ami. He is 
also survived by six grandchildren: Micah, Amy Rose & Calvin Castillo, Michael 
Shrewsbury, and Sarah & Megan Milla. Forever an optimist, Luis encouraged 
everyone he touched to continually focus on all that is good and possible. He 
will be greatly missed. We thank God for his 81 years and rejoice in the 
knowledge that he is with his wife and our Lord today.
