Doug was best known for his charismatic smile and laid back personality, which made it a joy to know him. Everyone that knew Doug knew he had a heart of gold. He never met a stranger and he had a way of making you feel like family. Doug loved to talk! He loved his family and grandkids. All the good times will forever remain in all of our hearts. He was the kindest, most loving man. Our family would like to give a heartfelt thank you to Mercy Southwest Emergency Room. The doctors and nurses were very kind and thoughtful. You made a difficult time much easier. Thanks to all our friends and family. We will always love and miss our Dougie.
