Dorothy Mae Martin 
Services: Sat., July 23, 11:00 a.m. 

Dorothy Mae Martin was born in Missouri January 20, 1940 and she passed away 
on July 14, 2005, in a Bakersfield Hospital with her family and friends near 
her. She is survived by her daughter, Pam Hinkle; grandchildren, Jenny Schmidt 
and husband, Mike, Eric Martin and wife, Heidi and 3 great-grandchildren; one 
sister, Marie Baker. She was preceded in death by her parents and four sisters 
and one brother. A memorial service will be held at the House of Refuge, 106 
Wilson Ave., in Oildale. Rev. Richard Hill will officiate Saturday, July 23, 
2005, 11:00 a.m. Her circle of Light was small but Bright, so Golden was her 
Deeds. Her thoughts so Rare. And now it is a Halo of Gods light that any Angel 
would be proud to wear.
