Mary was born in El Centro, CA on November 27, 1945. People whose lives she touched and remain on earth include her loving husband of forty years, Jose DeJesus Sr., daughters Rosemarie Robles and Lena Boyd of Bakersfield, sons, Carlos Robles, Jose DeJesus Jr., and Luciano DeJesus of Bakersfield, brothers and sisters, Richard Matus, Joe Matus, Rosie-Soto Schweer, Pat Soto-Willoughby of Bakersfield, twelve granddaughters, one grandson, two-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. God saw she was getting tired and a cure was not to be, so he put his arms around her and whispered, Come with me. With tearful eyes, we watched her fade away. Although we loved her dearly, we could not make her stay. A golden heart stopped beating; working hands were laid to rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us, he only receives the best. Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 15, 2005 at 5:00 p.m. at Delano Mortuary Chapel. Rosary will follow at 6:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, March 16, 2005 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Delano, CA at 9:00 a.m. Delano Mortuary Additional Comments: Volunteer submission - No relation to deceased.
