She died at home with her family in San Marcos, California, July 12, 2005, after a 4-year battle with lung cancer. She was preceded in death by her grand-parents, James and Ida Polvado, her parents and her sister, Marjorie Bible, all of Austin, Texas. Mom loved to sew. When we were young she made all the girls clothes. She also loved to sit and talk over a good Ice Tea with 2 sweet and lows. Saturday afternoon BBQs with all the kids and grandkids were a favorite of hers. But keep it quiet if the Padres are playing or Law and Order is on. The Padres will miss their #1 fan. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Jim Bolich Sr. of San Marcos, CA. Mother, 55 years was not enough. Her children, Debra and husband, John Webster of Bakersfield, CA, Sandra and husband, Michael McCauley, Vista, CA, Jim Jr., and Donna, Phoenix, AZ, Gregg and wife, Jeannie, Henderson, NV, Kenny and wife, Jimmie, Dallas, TX; her grandchildren, Tanya, Jeff, Jimmy III, Ryan, Joey, Ashley, Tyler and Danielle. She will also be remembered forever by her eight great-grandchildren. Those who will also miss her dearly are her sister, Margaret Roberts, Austin, TX; and nephews, James and Wayne Clark, Austin and Las Vegas, Mark and Regina Roberts, Austin, TX, Don and Joyce Dailey, Austin, Ron and Cynthia Dailey, Rockhill, So. Carolina; her brothers, Melvin Buster Miller and wife, Mary, Leonard Tooter Miller and wife, Blanche, Larry Miller and wife, Janet; her sisters, Iva Miller Henson, Dorothy and husband, Mike Schumacher, Kathy and husband, Gary Kay, all of Austin; her cousins Jack and Lila Galbreath, Spicewood, TX and Dorothy Gantt, Bashtrop, TX. Edna will be sorely missed by all who knew her. Viewing will be Friday, July 15, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. with services also being held at Cook Walden Forest Oaks Funeral home, South Austin, Saturday, July 16, 2005, 1:00 p.m. with interment at Fitzhugh Baptist Cemetery, Dripping Springs, TX.
