Jayson A. Ortega 
Services: Fri., Oct. 28, 11:00 a.m. 

Jayson Alberto Ortega, born June 27, 1981, went to be with the Lord October 
22, 2005. He attended Highland High School and furthered his education at 
Antelope Valley College. Jayson loved many types of music and was a self-
taught guitarist. Jayson is survived by his parents, Jaimy and Alberto Ortega; 
sister and brother-in-law, Tina Ortega-Thomas and William Thomas II; nephew, 
William Bubba Thomas III; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. James Trammell and Ms. 
Alicia Urquieta and great-grandmother, Carmen Fanucchi; numerous uncles, 
aunts, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Conrado 
Ortega. Jayson lived life to the fullest. He was always happy and would bring 
a smile to everyones face. His presence would fill your heart with joy. He 
will be greatly missed. If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I 
would walk right up to Heaven and bring you home again. But we will leave you 
in peace until we meet again, Love your family. Viewing will be held from 3-7 
p.m. Thursday, October 27, 2005 with a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Friday, 
October 28, 2005 both at Chapel of the Valley Mortuary, 1755 E. Ave. R, 
Palmdale, CA. You may e-mail your condolences to the family at
