Ramona Marcella Ott
1926 - 2005

Graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m., Friday, April 15, at Arvin 
Cemetery. Born in 1926 in Oklahoma, Marcella came to Bakersfield in the early 
1940s. Marcella is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ted Ott, Sr. and 
she has four children, James Lerblance of Arizona, Ted Ott Jr., Danny Ott and 
Ramona Martinez, all of Bakersfield; 12 grandchildren and 22 great-
grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. She is survived by her sister, 
Ione Fields and brother, Gene Claunts, both of Oklahoma. 

Marcella was a faithful member of the Jehovahs Witness Congregation. She loved 
fellowship with other members. She loved to smile and laugh. She was a friend 
to all. She used to love telling stories about her grandkids when they were 
small. Marcella cherished all of her family pictures and loved showing them to 
everyone. She will be greatly missed by all.

Visitation begins Thursday, April 14, at Bakersfield Family Funeral Directors 
4-7 p.m.
