Ann was born in Arvin on November 24, 1926. She had a very enjoyable childhood in Arvin and the Caliente Canyon area where she attended local schools and graduated from K.C.U.H.S. She was married to Cliff Otto on March 9, 1947 in Whittier, CA. They came to Bakersfield (where Debbie was born) and lived for several years. Later they moved to Santa Cruz; after that they spent a few years in Magalia before returning to Bakersfield in the early 90s. She is survived by her her daughter, Debbie Jolley of Springfield, MO; granddaughter, Kelley Ducusin, and her husband, Rick; great- granddaughter, Kaitlyn Ducusin of Indianapolis, IN; her grandson, Kyle Jolley of Springfield, MO; and her sister, Perri Stinson of Bakersfield; and many relatives and friends. For the past several years, Ann was an ardent member of the CSUB 60+ Club where she served on the Board and was the coordinator of the interest groups. She was a faithful member of the First Congregational Church here in Bakersfield. Ann had a beautiful life and was loved by all who had the good fortune of knowing her. She loved life and people! A memorial service for her will be held on Sat., May 28th at 2 p.m. at the First Congregational Church, 5 Real Road. A reception will follow at her home at 2613 Oak View Ct.
