Lou M. Pool 
April 22, 1915 - Dec. 18, 2005 

Visitation for Lou M. Pool will be held at Basham Funeral Care (3312 Niles 
Street) on Thursday, December 22, 2005 from 11:00-1:00 p.m. Funeral services 
will be held in the Basham Funeral Care Chapel beginning at 1:00 p.m. 
Interment will follow at Greenlawn Southwest Cemetery. Lou was born April 22, 
1915 in DeQueen, Arkansas and she passed away December 18, 2005 in 
Bakersfield, California. Lou lived in Bakersfield for 66 years. She and Bill 
Pool were married in 1932. They were married for 40 years. Lou is preceded in 
death by her husband, Bill. She is survived by her daughter, Nancy Humphers; 
son and daughter-in-law, Herb and Mickie Pool and her sister, Helen Fout, who 
is the last surviving sibling of ten. Lou was grandmother to six; great 
grandmother to five and great-great-grandmother to three. She will never be
