Billie F. Palmer was born December 22, 1920, in Walnut Grove, CA and passed 
away January 24, 2005, at the age of 84. 

A homemaker, Billie moved from Tehachapi, CA to Gresham, Oregon in 2001. Her 
husband, Delbert, died in 2000. Survivors include her daughter, Pat Townsend 
and husband, Tom; four grandsons, Matt, Mike, Steven and Tim; 2 great-
grandchildren, Erika and Jake; sisters, Gladys Djonne of CA and Ann Schmerier 
of WA.
