Barbara Ellen Quinton 
February 8, 1930 - August 2, 2005 
Services: Mon., Aug. 8, 10:30 a.m. 

Visitation begins Sunday, August 7, 2005, from 12-4 p.m. Services will be held 
Monday, August 8, 2005, at Mish Funeral Home, 102 Minner, in Oildale. Barb was 
born in Bakersfield, California. She is preceded in death by her mother and 
father, Violet and S.E. Quinton of Quinton, Oklahoma; siblings, Marie Carr, 
Joel and Calvin Quinton, Pauline Clement, and Kay Kelley. She is survived by a 
brother, Willie E. Sanders and wife, Helen of Tehachapi; nephews, Ron Quinton 
of NJ, James Kelley of FL, Carl Carr of Bakersfield; nieces, Norma Quinton, 
Carla Hobbs and Linda Ingalls of Bakersfield. Barbara spent most of her life 
in Oklahoma. She attended Aztec School in Oil Center, Bakersfield and in 
Oklahoma she attended Kinta HS in Kinta, Oklahoma. She enjoyed crafts, country 
music, cooking and visiting with friends and family. She was very much loved 
by all that knew her. Barbara was a child of God and was not afraid to die. 
She now joins her family in Heaven.
