Ramirez July 16, 1953 - October 17, 2005 Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 21st, at 11:00 a.m., at Our Lady of Perpetual Help with graveside to follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park for Arthur A. Ramirez, 52, who passed away on October 17th in Baldwin Park. Arthur was born in Torreon Coahuila, Mexico and has been a resident of Kern County all of his life. He was self-employed for 25 years as owner of Custom Paint & Body Shops. Our Father was a man of many talents, interests and hobbies. His first and foremost were cars. He especially loved customizing them. Along with remodeling and rebuilding homes, last but not least he had a Hand of Gold through very detailed and skillful drawings. Survivors include his daughters, Teresa and Patricia Ramirez; parents, Arthuro and Lourdes Ramirez; sisters, Elsa and Roger King, Laura and Frank Perez, Becky and Albert Ramirez; brothers, Jose and Suzanna Ramirez, Bobby and Becca Ramirez; brothers-in-law, Ernie Munoz, Mando and Yolanda Munoz, Rudy and Joyce Munoz; sisters-in-law, Margaret Benavente and Minerva and husband, Pedro; numerous nieces and nephews; a special Aunt Chayo and special Uncle Jaime along with numerous aunts and uncles and friends. Special friends, mother of daughters, Cecelia Ramirez, Sammy Neira, Mike Arragon, Frank Castaneda and Candy Louseria; future son-in-law, Paul Guerra. In loving memory of our wonderful Father and Best Friend in which will be missed deeply, your laugh, your smile and your wonderful sense of humor. You have been an inspiration in our lives and many others. You will never be forgotten. May you rest in peace and remember we love you very much.
