She is survived by her father, Ronald W. Ray and his wife, Marlena; her mother, Marcia K. Lundy and her husband, Jim; her brother, Robert N. Ray and his wife, Kellye and newborn niece, Stella Jean Ray; her brother, David J. Lundy and his wife, Rebekah and nieces, Gwendolyn and Clara; her grandmother, Clara May Lundy; her aunts and uncles, Tom O'Brien and his wife, Lynne, Elna Ray, Dr. and Mrs. James Kirkpatrick, Mr. and Mrs. Dick Lundy; her very special friend, Val Hunter; many wonderful cousins and her much loved feline friends, Bello and Sassy. Stacy was born October 25, 1963 in San Jose, California and she passed away in Bakersfield, California at the age of 41. Stacy knew the Lord Jesus Christ as her personal Lord and Savior and is finally at rest and at peace with Him after a long and valiant struggle with bipolar disorder. She was very loving, kindhearted, thoughtful, generous, resilient and compassionate. She had a great sense of humor and loved a good laugh. She was very intelligent and creative and was an excellent cook. She attended West High, Omega Christian High School, Bakersfield Junior College, Westmont College in Montecito, and was a graduate of California State University Bakersfield. She was very proud to have been a teacher and loved working with children, most recently as a volunteer tutor. She was loved by all that knew her and she will be greatly missed. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Teen Challenge or Youth For Christ, which were favorite charities.
