Services: Sat., Feb. 4, 11:00 a.m. 

Viewing and visitation to start Friday, February 3, 2006, from 11 a.m. to 7 
p.m. with an hour of meditation to be held from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m., in the 
Chapel of Ruckers Mortuary for Mattie Jane Richard, 86, who passed away 
January 27, 2006. A celebration of her life will be held Saturday, February 4, 
2006, at 11:00 a.m., at Jerusalem Mission Church of God in Christ, 924 
Cottonwood Road. Interment will follow in Union Cemetery. Mrs. Mattie was 
affectionately known for her generosity, loving and caring ways. She was one 
of the most caring and open-minded individuals whose door was alwaysalways 
open to those in need. Mattie Jane Richard leaves to cherish her memory and 
celebrate her homegoing: her daughters, Mary Crawford Decree and Donaice 
Worthy; her sons, Theodore Richard, Danny Richard and Charles Richard; 20 
grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren. Mattie 
Jane Richard will be missed by many for there will be no other like Mrs.
