Pedro F. Romero 
June 24, 1964 - November 3, 2005 

Visitation for Pedro F. Romero will be held at Basham Funeral Care (3312 Niles 
Street) on Wednesday, November 9, 2005 from 5:00-9:00 p.m. with a Rosary and 
Wake beginning at 7:00 p.m. Graveside services will be held at Union Cemetery 
on Thursday morning, November 10, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. Pedro was born June 24, 
1964 to Apolonio and Pauline in Bakersfield, California and he passed away in 
Las Vegas unexpectedly on November 3, 2005. He lived most of his life in 
Bakersfield. Pete, as he was known to his friends and family, is preceded in 
death by his grandfathers, Felix V. Romero and Pedro Castillo; he is survived 
by his grandmothers, Orosia Romero and Dominga Castillo; his wife, Apolonia 
Ronquillo-Romero; mother, Pauline Castillo; father and step-mother, Apolonio 
and Martha Romero Sr.; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Armando and Helen 
Ronquillo; son and fiancée, Pedro Romero Jr. and Victoria Perez; sons, Eric, 
Dominick, Andrew and Joseph Romero; daughters, Dezaree and Petra Romero; 
grandson, Pete L. Romero; brothers, Apolonio Romero Jr. and Manuel Arviso; 
sisters, Rosalia Alvarez and Sabrina Romero; sister and brother-in-law, Monica 
and Herman Reyes as well as numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins 
and other relatives and friends. Pallbearers will be Pedro Romero Jr., Eric 
Romero, Dominick Romero, Manuel Arviso, Paul Romero, Herman Reyes and Dino
