Mom always had a great sense of humor and made us laugh even in the midst of Alzheimers Disease that robbed her of her mind but not her loving spirit. She was quite talented in her cooking, baking, sewing, and gardening. Mom could make anything blossom with her love and always found the good in every person. Moms unselfish love lives through us all and is especially evident in our sister, Patricia, who has helped her sisters during difficulties, without asking for anything in return. We are here for you now. She is preceded in death by her mother, Juanita Martinez; sister, Ysidra; brothers, Joe, Daniel, Margarito and Ysidro. She is survived by her daughters, Rebecca Luna Brown (husband, Jeff) of Bakersfield, Laura Luna (companion, Kathy) of Cobb Mountain, Rosemary Luna (husband, Ruben) of San Leandro, Patricia Luna (husband, Arturo) of Oakland; son, David Luna of El Sobrante; grandchildren, Vincent, Alexis, Ruben, Celina, Elizabeth, Theresa and Samantha; sister, Lupe of Brentwood; sister-in-law, Virginia of Oakley and numerous nieces and nephews who will always remember their Tia Noni. We want to express our eternal gratitude and love to our sister, Rebecca, for taking care of our mom during the most difficult years of Alzheimers and for honoring moms wishes to be brought home when her time was near. Thank you Becky for bringing mom home to her family.
