Jess R. Reddington Sr.
June 30, 1935 - April 15, 2005

Graveside services for Jess Ronald Reddington Sr. will be held at Greenlawn 
Cemetery (3700 River Blvd.) on Wednesday morning April 20, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. 
Pastor Ken Armstrong will officiate. 

Jess is survived by his daughter and son-in- law, Debra and Gary Bray; son and 
daughter-in- law, Jess and Susie Reddington Jr.; grand-children, B.J. Puryear, 
Emily Reddington and special friends; Bob, Teresa and Susan.

Our Dad and Friend

He always shared a smile, no matter the kind

of day he was having.

He always wrote letters to the editor, no

matter if it was printed or not.

He always settled his debts, no matter the

reasons for not doing so.

He always took in stray animals, no matter if

he was feeding himself.

He always gave a dollar to those in need, no

matter if it was his last one.

He always gave encouragement and advice, no

matter the reason or topic at hand.

He always had an ear for listening, no matter

the time of day or night.

He always was appreciative and gracious, no

matter the size of the reward.

He always touched the lives of those around

him, no matter if he was aware of it or not.

He always looked forward to fishing with his

belated wife, no matter if he were the

bereaved.

Though he is not here physically with us this

day, his memory is cherished by all of us he

has left behind. We will not forget...Jess R.
