Fermin C. Rodriguez 
5/22/1945 - 8/16/2005 

Visitation will be held at Greenlawn Memorial Chapel from 1:00 7:00 p.m., with 
Rosary at 7:00 p.m., Friday, August 19th. Funeral services will be Saturday, 
August 20th, at 10:30 a.m., at Greenlawn Memorial Chapel, 3700 River Blvd. 
Fermin peacefully went to be with our Lord, August 16, 2005. Fermin was born 
in Bakersfield and resided here all of his life. He was a proud Vietnam 
Veteran who often spent his free time assisting disabled Veterans. He loved 
spending time with his family and friends, working on his home, and going to 
the casinos. He was preceded in death by his parents, Minnie Esquivel and 
Julian Rodriguez; sister, Dora Subia; brothers, Noe Rodriguez and Johnny Muniz 
and grandson, Zachary Barter. He is survived by his wife, Susan V. Rodriguez; 
siblings, Lena Garcia, Richard Lara, Elba Lara, Shugie Rodriguez, Julian 
Rodriguez, Margret DelaRosa, Marysue Rodriguez, David Rodriguez and Fernie 
Sanchez; children, Denise, Lori, Anthony, Olivia, Fermin, Michelle, George, 
Brian, Patrick and Julian; 16 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. A very 
special thanks to Dr. Alam who granted my fathers final wish to go home.
