Roy Clare Seery Jr. 
Aug. 16, 1916 - Dec. 17, 2005 

Roy Clare Seery, Jr. born August 16, 1916, in Chicago, Illinois to Roy Sr. and 
Grace Seery, died peacefully in sleep at the home he shared with his daughter 
and son-in-law in Bakersfield, California. Roy was preceded in death by his 
wife. He is survived by two children, Linda Adams (Kerry) of Bakersfield, CA 
and Michael Seery (Mary Jo) of Twin Peaks, CA; three granddaughters, Stacy 
Tesar, Amy Bryan (Jayson) of Bakersfield, CA and Shannon Seery of Los Angeles, 
CA; one great-grandson, Kaedin Bryan. In lieu of flowers, please make a 
donation in Roys name to Los Angeles Vanguards, P.O. Box 83464, Los Angeles, 
CA 90083-0464 or Hoffmann Hospice, 5300 California Ave., Ste. 1, Bakersfield, 
CA 93309-1600. A Military memorial service will be held mid-January in Los 
Angeles.
