Razel (Ti) Hoffman

Razel Ti Hoffman was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on March 16, 1918, to 
Dora and Maurice Silverman. She passed away in Bakersfield, California, on 
November 29, 2005. In 1943, after attending the University of Minnesota, Ti 
met and married a dentist, Julius E. Doc Hoffman, a Major in the U.S. Army. 
They were married for 56 years and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and the outdoor 
life of Northern Minnesota. Ti managed Docs dental practice and was his true 
partner in every way. Ti was preceded in death by her husband, Doc and her 
daughter, Judy Auchampach. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, 
Susan and Edward Thomas; her grandchildren, Mike Larson and his wife, Mirinda 
Larson of Faribault, Minnesota, Julie Larson and her partner, Sharelle 
Petersen of Shakopee, Minnesota, Adam Larson of Randolf, Minnesota, Nicki 
(Thomas) Jockers and her husband, Gary Jockers of Los Angeles, California, Dr. 
Jody Thomas of San Mateo, California, John Thomas of Davis, California; six 
great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived 
by her special friend, Dale Drake of Bakersfield, California. The family would 
like to thank the staff of Beverly Manor and Dr. Nadim Sarkies for their 
kindness and caring during the last years of their mothers and grandmothers 
life. A memorial service will be held at Greenlawn Mortuary Chapel in 
Bakersfield, California, on Friday, December 2, 2005, at 10:00 a.m.
