Leo Llewellyn Stancliff 
Services: Sat., Oct. 29, 10:00 a.m. 

Leo was born on December 19, 1912 in Torrance, California and died at 2:45 
p.m. on Tuesday, October 18, 2005, in Bakersfield, California. His parents, 
Clifton and Talitha Stancliff of Bakersfield and his brother Wilfred, also of 
Bakersfield, preceded him in death. He graduated from Kern County Union High 
School in 1933. He is survived by a brother, Robert Stancliff of Stayton, 
Oregon and a sister, Laurena Escola and brothers, Gerald Stancliff and John 
(Jack) Stancliff all of Bakersfield. He is also survived by many nieces and 
nephews as well as fellow ministers and friends around the world. The funeral 
service will be held at the Holiday Inn Select Convention Center at 801 
Truxtun Ave., Bakersfield, CA on Saturday, October 29th at 10:00 a.m. Burial 
will follow at the Hillcrest Memorial Park, 9101 Kern Canyon Rd., Bakersfield. 
Visitation begins Friday, October 28th, from 4:00-8:00 p.m., at Hillcrest 
Mortuary.
