Rhonda Kay Salyards 
June 3, 1960 - August 24, 2005 

Rhonda was born in Bakersfield, 45 years ago to James and Pauline Salyards. 
She passed away suddenly on August 24, 2005. Rhonda was full of life and loved 
to laugh. She loved Pismo Beach and loved to spend all her time with her dog 
Blondie. She had a special love for children especially her nieces and nephews 
and had a way of making friends into family. She was preceded by her parents, 
James and Pauline and a brother, James Salyards. Rhonda is survived by her 
son, Keith Salyards whom she loved very much and was a wonderful sister to 
brothers, John Salyards and Norman Salyards; sisters, Juanita Williams and 
Sandra Bottoms, as well as many nieces and nephews; special friends, Heather, 
Cody, Tim and T.J. A visitation will be held Sunday, August 28, 2-5 p.m., at 
Mish Funeral Home, 120 Minner Ave. Graveside services will be held Monday, 
August 29, 10:00 a.m., at Shafter Memorial Park.
