Happy 19th Birthday Sweetheart 

We miss you more each day. Our hearts still ache even though we know you are 
pain free from Cystic Fibrosis. We thank you for 17 years of wonderful 
memories. We will keep up the fight for a cure, and we will tell everybody to 
please be an organ donor and to tell their families. We will always miss you 
until we can hold you in our arms again. Hugs to Heaven, 
Mom and Dad
