Opal was known for her sparkle and her tireless commitment to Jesus, her family, and her church. She ministered to all who crossed her path. Her shining example of faith and service was evident into her final days. Visitors were encouraged by her gratitude to God for His many blessings and her admonition to, Make your lives glorify God. She made sure that everyone knew that she was going to Heaven because Jesus made the way. Nanas children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren eagerly anticipated her pineapple pies and chocolate pies on Thanksgivings and Christmases.
