Ruben was born November 6, 1966, in Corpus Cristi, Texas, and passed away May 12, 2005, in Bakersfield, California. Ruben was an especially loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was very blessed with a newborn granddaughter, Tyhara, who was born April 27, 2005. He loved to play with his grandchildren. He loved to take them around the corner in the wagon. He also loved to go and spend time with his friends at the park. With the time he had here, he spent quality time with them. Ruben loved to sing and dance, and he thought he was the best comedian. He knew every oldies slow song. Daddys Home was special to him. His wife, Jacqueline, and him shared a special Alicia Keys song, Aint Got Nothing at All. Ruben loved his only sister, Carolyn. He spent a lot of time with her, his mother, and his brother Elias, at home. He loved to spend time with all his brothers. He and Jerry would get together and Bar-B-Que, or at least try to! Ruben will be truly missed by all who knew him, and shared in his laughter. We love you and miss you, and well see you in Heaven.
