Rosemary Mosher (Yeargan) Thompson 
October 11, 1930 - January 6, 2006 

Services will be held at West Side District Cemetery, Taft, CA. Thursday, 
January 12, 2006 at 2:00 pm. Pastor Rick Bennett of Central Coast Baptist 
Church in Grover Beach, CA will officiate. Rosemary was born and raised in 
Taft, CA to Hilda and Lawrence Mosher. She graduated from Taft Union High 
School in 1948 and married Ray Yeargan in June of 1950, after attending a 
Debutant Women's College in Colorado. Together Ray and Rosemary had two boys, 
Larry and Terry. Ray was killed in a work related accident in 1977. Later 
Rosemary Married George Thompson in April 1978. Rosemary was a very active 
member with her Class Reunion, Desk and Derrick, Native Daughters of the 
Golden West and Loyal Order of the Moose. She loved visiting with friends, 
traveling and going to the swap meet. She was a seamstress, enjoyed knitting 
and many other Arts and Crafts. She also loved the treasures that George would 
bring home from the auctions. Christmas was her favorite time; Santa's 
decorate the house year round. She enjoyed summers at the beach where she made 
lifetime friends. Rosemary is survived by her husband, George Thompson, Son 
Terry Yeargan, Grandson Chris Yeargan. Step-daughter Arlene Hanzark and 
husband Sam, step-sons Bill Thompson, Richard Thompson and wife Lowana, Eric 
Thompson and wife Angie, and Raymond Thompson; her grandchildren Tiffany 
(John), Erin, Amanda, Austin (Lacey), Andrew, Erica, Ashly, Melissa, Megan, 
Jared and David; and her great-grandchildren Madison and Clay; Nieces, Nephews 
as well as many other family and close friends. Erickson and Brown Funeral
