Walter Traylor, Jr.

Services: Fri., Nov. 18, 2:00 p.m. 

Graveside service will be held Friday, November 18, 2005, 2:00 p.m., at North 
Kern District Cemetery, in Delano, CA. Walter Traylor, Jr. was born September 
22, 1924, in Crockett, Texas and he passed from this life November 12, 2005, 
in Delano, California. Walter is survived by his wife of 42 years, Jerline; 
his children, sons, Wendall Harris, Michael Dozer, Dwight Traylor and Andre 
Traylor; daughters, Theresa Ruiz, Sherry Combs, Wilhelmina Nicholas and Andie 
Traylor; sisters, Mammie Traylor and Mammie Parker; 23 grandchildren and 8 
great-grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in 
death by his parents, Walter Traylor, Sr. and Willie Mae Traylor; his 
brothers, Claude Traylor and Sammy Traylor; his son, Lawrence Traylor and 
daughter, Marsha Traylor. Visitation will be held Thursday, November 17th, 
from 2-8 p.m., at Lane Family Funeral Home, 1303 Glenwood St., Delano, CA, 725-
1234.
