Thomason Aug. 20, 1954 - May 24, 2005 James always said, Do it like you live it! Thats how he lived his life with passion. Whether it be his family, work, friends, motorcycles, boating, fishing, or music, he put his whole heart into everything he did. James became a mechanic early in life and worked his way into being one of the most sought- after heavy equipment mechanics in Kern County. He prided himself on getting jobs done right the first time. James suffered severe injuries nine years ago from a motorcycle accident and recently passed away due to illness and complications related to the accident. James will be missed by his wife, Janet; daughters Jami Dalke and Jennifer Madrid; sons Chad Wenter and Don Thomason; grandchildren Nathan James, Morgan Victoria, Samantha Lyn, Samuel David, Ethan Miles, Hope Elizabeth, Mitchell Lee, Owen Francis, and Abigail Joy; father, B.J. Thomason, and siblings Ruby Lee, Susan, Ben, Judy, Bill, Lewis, Phyllis, Ken, Beulah, and Joan.
