Fannie Bell Black was born in Oklahoma. She retired from Mobil Chemical Co. after many years. She leaves behind her loving husband, Elvis of 60 years; brother, Otis Thresher and sister-in-law, Juanita Thresher; sister, Iva Hood; brothers-in- law, Walter Black, Emmitt Black, Monroe and wife, Willie of Arkansas. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews who were special to her. She was preceded in death by two children, son, Elvis Wayne and daughter, Millie Sue; her parents, Rube Thresher and Millie Willie Thresher; two brothers, James and Johnny; four sisters, Beulah, Rebie, Geraldine and Nellie; also many friends made through her life. She will be remembered for the many things she did for her family and friends. The family of Fannie Black gives their gracious Thanks to Optimal Hospice. Visitation will be held on Friday, 3-8 p.m. at Hillcrest Mortuary. Additional Comments: Volunteer submission - No relation to deceased.
