Lo Lana Faye Toner
July 11, 1940 - March 11, 2005

Graveside services will be held at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 3700 River Blvd., 
at 2:30 p.m., on Friday, April 1, 2005, for Lo Lana Toner, 64, who passed away 
Friday, March 11, 2005, in Los Angeles, CA. 

Lana was born July 11, 1940 to William and Ruby Tranmer in Napa, Idaho. She 
graduated from Fresno High School in 1958 and married Donald Toner soon after. 
They moved to Bakersfield and started a family with the birth of their first 
child, Eric, in 1961, followed by the birth of their second child, Peter, in 
1964. Lana was a loving wife and mother who dedicated her whole life to her 
family, especially her two sons. She greatly enjoyed trips to Fresno and 
Idaho, to visit with her family. One of her greatest adventures was a trip to 
Hawaii with friends. She suffered from a debilitating illness for the last 20 
years of her life, and is now finally free.

Her husband, Don Toner, and both her parents precede Mrs. Toner in death. She 
is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Eric and Kathy Toner of 
Bakersfield; and her son, Peter Toner of Las Vegas, NV; her grandchildren, 
Eric II, Leah, Ashley, Adam and Jenna Toner; two sisters and two nephews.

Lana will be laid to rest with her husband, Don Toner. The family invites all 
who knew Lana, or would like to pay their respects to her family, to attend 
the graveside service.
