Robert (Bobby) Valdez 
May 17, 1966 - October 6, 2005 

Robert ( Bobby) Valdez was born in El Paso, Texas May 17, 1966. He passed away 
on October 6, 2005 in Bakersfield, CA. Bobby is survived by his parents, 
Alberto and Lionila Valdez; siblings, Ofelia, Concha, Raul, Jesse, Albert Jr., 
Ruben, Isaac, Mary, Becky, Angela, David, Roy, and Adelina. He is also 
survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and brother and sister-in-
laws.One of Bobbys greatest passionswas playing softball with his brothers, 
nephews and friends. He was the #1 fan of the Dallas Cowboys. Bobby was always 
heard before he was seen, he was the loudest and the most comical of all the 
siblings. He was loved and admired by all who knew him, you could always count 
on Bobby when you needed anything. Viewing continues through Thursday, 9:00 
a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Mission Family Mortuary. Rosary will be held on Thursday, 
October 13, 2005, at 6:00 p.m., at Mission Family Mortuary, 531 California 
Ave. Mass will be held on Friday, October 14, 2005, at 1:30 p.m., at Our Lady 
of Guadalupe on California Ave., followed by services at Greenlawn Cemetery on 
Panorama Drive.
