Vivian was preceded in death by her son, Joey; her two brothers, David and Al; and her parents, Jim and Viola Turner. She leaves behind a loving husband, Everado Velasco and their children, Jimmy Velasco and wife, Karla and Melissa Clendenen and husband, Chad; and the absolute light of her life her grandson, J.C. Velasco; along with her sisters, JoJo, Jackie, Toni and Lou; and brother, Bo. Then there were the numerous other children she had along the way not in blood, but in love too many to list but you know who you are. And of course her friends. She loved us all so much.
