Manuel Tovar Vallejo 
May 25, 1960 - May 17, 2005 

Visitation for Manuel Tovar Vallejo will be held at Basham Funeral Care (3312 
Niles Street) on Monday, May 23, 2005 from 5:00-9:00 p.m. and the Rosary will 
be recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Francis 
of Assisi Catholic Church on Tuesday morning, May 24, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. 
Interment will follow at Union Cemetery. Manuel was born May 25, 1960 in 
Chucandiro, Michoacan, Mexico and passed away on May 17, 2005 in Bakersfield, 
California. Manuel is survived by his wife, Maria de Transito Caballero de 
Vallejo; son, Victor Manuel Vallejo; mother, Eulalia Tovar; sister and brother 
in law, Aurora and Luis Delgado; brother and sister in law, Ruben and Imelda 
Vallejo; brother and sister in law, Jorge and Isabel Vallejo; brother, 
Rigoberto Vallejo as well as numerous other relatives and friends. Manuel 
loved to play soccer and spending time in Mexico with his family. He was loved 
by all that knew him and he will be deeply missed. Pallbearers will be Jorge 
Vallejo, Ruben Vallejo, Jose Moreno, Miriel Ramirez, Pedro Manzo and Ruben 
Vallejo Jr. For additional service or floral delivery information, please
