Dolores (Lolie) Ybanez 
Services: Sat., Jan. 21, 9:00 a.m. 

Services will be held at Victory Outreach Church, 400 Watts Drive, Saturday, 
January 21st, at 9:00 a.m. for Dolores "Lolie" Ybanez, 73, of Bakersfield, who 
passed away January 18, 2006 in Bakersfield. Pastor Nolberto Gomez and Rev. 
Nick Cazares will officiate and interment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial 
Park, 3700 River Blvd. Lolie faithfully served our Lord Jesus Christ and 
served in the ministry of Victory Outreach as a leader and a cook for 26 
years. Her faithful service was always greatly appreciated and will be missed 
tremendously. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, her best friend, 
true companion and love of her life, Loren Larry Ybanez; sons, Mike Garcia, 
Lawrence Ybanez and Craig Medina; daughters, Marilyn Gomez, Cory Villa and 
Nichole "Bambi" Medina; brothers, Ralf Cazarez, Manuel Gardea and Gilbert 
Cazarez; sisters, Rachel Dominguez, Rosemary Alderete and Sheila Quijada; 16 
grandchildren; 42 great grandchildren and 9 great-great-grandchildren. "Nana" 
as she was known to her family was a loving and great mother, always putting 
everyone's needs above her own. She was a faithful friend to those who knew 
her. She was a beloved wife and was loved by her brothers and sisters and will 
be greatly missed. Pallbearers will be Salvador Monnarez III, Nolberto Gomez 
IV, John Rodriguez Jr., Mike Garcia Jr., Christopher Ybanez and Ryan Villa. 
Honorary pallbearers will be Joseph Gomez and Justin Rodriguez. Visitation 
will be Saturday morning at 8:00 a.m. at the church. Greenlawn Mortuary
