Rev. Willie Young 
January 9, 1940 - May 17, 2005 

A funeral service celebrating the life of Rev. Willie Young, 65, of 
Bakersfield, will be held on Monday, May 23, 2005, 10:00 a.m., at Union 
Baptist Church, 1218 E. Belle Terrace, Pastor Marvin Cockrell, officiating. 
Interment will immediately follow in Union Cemetery. Viewing and visitation 
will be held Sunday, May 22, from 3:00 5:00 p.m., in the Chapel of Beloved 
Care Funeral Services, 115 18th St., Bakersfield, CA, with a meditation/wake 
service scheduled from 5:00 7:00 p.m. For all additional service information 
call 631-2825.
