Born Burlington Co., N. J., Apr. 9, 1871. Grad. electrical department Rutger
Coll., 1893 (B. S. and M. S., 1896); instructor in mathematics and electricity,
Rutger Coll., 1895-8; Fellow in Electrical Engineering, Cornell Univ., 1898-9
(M. M. E. degree); in charge of electrical and experimental engineering, Georgia
School of Technology (engineering department, Univ. of Georgia), 1899-1901. Now
consulting engineer, with offices in Los Angeles; consulting electrical engineer
for the Bureau of the Los Angeles Aqueduct, and chief electrical engineer for
the Bureau of Los Angeles Aqueduct Power. Mem. American Institute Electrical
Engineers; Phi Beta Kappa and Sigma Psi; Engineers' and Architects' Assn. and
Assn, of College Men of Southern California; Cornell and Rutger Clubs.
