Live Oak is located at 200 East Duarte Road, Monrovia, CA, 626-359-5311. 
INQUIRIES TO THE CEMETERY:  All inquires must have the deceased's name and year 
of death. Without the year of death, Live Oak will not do a search for the 
section and plot number.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:  Live Oak is located off the 210 freeway in Monrovia. It is 
located approximately 2 miles west of the 605 freeway. Take the Mountain offramp 
south (away from the mountains) past the Wal-Mart to Duarte Road. Turn right 
onto Duarte Road and go approximately one mile to the entrance of Live Oak on 
the left side.
