Boone, corporal, Company F, 6th Regiment, United States Marine Corps. After receiving three severe wounds he continued in the advance on Bouresches, France, on June 6, 1918. Having been sent to the rear, he returned close to the advanced lines, where he assisted in bringing in the wounded. Residence at enlistment: Los Angeles, Calif.
