The bride and groom, who were to leave immediately on their honeymoon trip, took a ride instead in the Horace C. Smith ambulance to the Community hospital where their numerous cuts about the face and head were treated by Dr. Anderson. They were later returned to the home of the bride's parents. Mr. and Mrs. George Attrill on Jasmine avenue. Mr. and Mrs. Wilson were riding with Richard Brookens, 20, of 3451 Santa Ana street, and Miss Vera Ebey, 8119 San Antonio street, Huntington Park, when they crashed into a car driven by Jack Weiss, 19, of 1033 Court street. A misunderstanding about the right-of-way is said to have been responsible for the crash. Weiss was not injured and was absolved of all blame by Patrolman C. F. Sanderson who investigated the mishap. Mr. and Mrs. Wilson left this week for Huntington Park, where they are staying with the groom's parents, Dr. and Mrs. H. S. Wilson.
