Funeral Services Held for Palms Pioneer Resident

Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o’clock from the Wilshire
funerla parlors in Santa Monica for Charles M. Dayton, pioneer citizen of Palms,
who passed away January 17 at his home, 2445 Vinton avenue following a heart
attack. The deceased who was 77 years of age, had been a resident of Palms for
some twenty-five years. He leaves a widow and several neices and nephews.
Private cremation took place in Inglewood cemetery.
