Antonio Castillo Passes Away Easter Morn; Funeral Held At Catholic Church Funeral services were held Tuesday morning at 9 o’clock at St. Augustine’s Catholic church for Mrs. Antonio Castillo, aged 44, who passed away at her home, 11910 Avon Way, Palms, Sunday morning at 6 o’clock. The Reverend Father O’Donnell, pastor, officiated and interment was in Woodlawn cemetery, the Herbert S. Noice funeral directors in charge. The deceased had been in poor health for some time following an operation more than a year ago. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lauriano Machado, of Overland avenue, an old pioneer family of this section. Surviving Mrs. Castillo are her husband, D. D. Castillo, daughter, Frances and two sons, James and John Valdez, by a former husband, and Joseph Edward Castillo by her second marriage. Three sisters also survive who are: Mrs. L. Herrara, Mrs. L. Harris and Mrs. M. R. Del Castillo.
