Mrs Skillman and her son and daughter have been ill with a bad case of the grippe for the past week, but it was notthought to be serious withMrs Skillman, who had enjoyed a fair share of good health considering her age, which was 68 years. Mrs Skillman was a resident of Garvanza for nine years, from whence she moved to Covina, thence to San Dimas about a year ago, her son buying the Hodgson ranch. Besides a daughter, Miss Clara Sillman, and son, Mr Clarence Skillman, with whom she lived, Mrs. Skillman has several children who are now living in the East. The funeral services were held at the home Wednesday at 10 A.m., Rev M.S. McGee officiating. Miss Clara Skillman and Mr Clarence Skillman are still confined to their beds with the grippe.
