Officers Weselsky and Moore went to the Luff home and found the mortally wounded man lying in a pool of blood in the front room and sent him to the hospital by the city ambulance. Evidence gathered by the officers show that Mrs. Luff stood on the back porch of the home and fired the shot through the kitchen and living room doors at her husband in the middle of the living room. Officer Travis Simpson talked to Luff early Monday morning and learned that two shots were fired, the first missing the mark.
