Pioneer Cemetery - Adin, Modoc County California Toward the south end of Adin on Hwy 299, turn west onto Co. Road 89. The Pioneer Cemetery is approximately half a mile off of the highway on the right hand side road. If you continue to travel west on Co. Road 89 you will find the Adin Cemetery also on the right side of the road. L. Frank who lived on Hayden Hill. Gee There was one Chinese grave in the cemetery with family name of Gee. It was exhumed in the 1880 and remains sent to Hoi Ping, Quo Harbert, Pinkney Oct. 1880 32y School teacher and miner. Married Emma Stone. Buried in S.E. corner next to the road. Sept. 23, 1878 56y A teamster and native of Georgia. Buried west side of cemetery small white marble stone, broken in half and off rock base.
