Daily Nevada State Journal February 26, 1886
George Weilmunster, an old resident of Surprise Valley died at his home on Goose
Creek, eleven miles below Bidwell, last Saturday night at 11 o’clock P.M., of
jaundice and fever.  He has been sick over six weeks.  He was a member of N.E.
Lodge, No. 266, F & A. M., and was buried with Masonic honors, Feb. 22.
