“Rogers Funeral Set for Tomorrow
Mrs. Marietta Rogers, 28, Monterey, who died in a Salinas hospital Sunday 
following a long illness, will be buried tomorrow (Wednesday) afternoon in El 
Carmelo cemetery following funeral services at the Dorney funeral home at 11 
o’clock in the morning.

Mrs. Rogers was a native of Idaho, and had resided in the peninsula for many 
years.

She leaves two sons, Jimmie and David of Monterey, her father, Frank Froman, 
and one sister, Mrs. Hazel Horner, of Knight’s Landing, and another sister, 
Mrs. Vera Moran, of Seaside.

There is one brother, Clarence B. Froman, who is with the 11th Cavalry at El 
Centro.”

Marietta W. Froman was the first wife of  Lynn James Rogers, Sr.
