"Charles Moore Suicided

Aged Pioneer Resident of Napa County for Many Years Kills Himself With Shotgun

A most distressing tragedy occurred in Wooden valley, Saturday, when Chas. 
Moore, an aged pioneer of Napa county, put an end to his own life by shooting 
himself in the head with a shotgun on the ranch of his son, James Moore."

living in Winter, Yolo county, at the time of his death but was born in 
Berryessa valley "70 years ago" and lists his children and where they lived.]
