Napa Register, July 7, 1989

SANTA ANA - Charles Wayne O'Connor, 27, died unexpectedly Wednesday [July 5] in 
Santa Ana.

A native of Napa, Mr. O'Connor was born on Aug. 4, 1961.  He attended Phillips 
Elementary and El Centro Elementary, graduating from Vintage High School in 
1979.

Mr. O'Connor is survived by his parents, Kenneth and Ellen Grimm of Napa; two 
brothers, Kenneth Dixon of Santa Ana and Kenneth Grimm of Napa; two sisters, 
Sandra Grimm and Virginia Duckworth, both of Napa; his grandmother, Florence 
O'Connor; an uncle; and nieces and nephews.

The funeral service was at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Treadway and Wigger Funeral 
Chapel, Napa.  Burial was private at Wooden Valley Cemetery.
