Reno Evening Gazette September 24, 1881
An Afflicted Family
Mrs. J. V. Logan of Boca, and sister of the late L. E. Doan, died of typhoid
fever yesterday in Sacramento.  Mrs. Logan leaves a husband and several
children, besides a large circle of friends to mourn her loss.  She was
respected and beloved by all who knew her.  The family have the Gazette’s
sympathy in their sad affliction.
